Businesses listed on Superior Home Pros operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Superior Home Pros.
Superior Home Pros does not supervise contractor work or control their pricing, schedules, services, or business practices.
Any agreements for services are made directly between the homeowner and the selected business.
3. Business Listings and Accuracy
We review business listings before publication, but inclusion in the directory does not mean that a business has been independently screened, licensed, insured, certified, or endorsed by Superior Home Pros.
Businesses are responsible for providing accurate and current information about their services, qualifications, and contact details.
Superior Home Pros may correct, reject, suspend, or remove listings containing misleading, inaccurate, inappropriate, or outdated information.
4. Homeowner Responsibilities
Before hiring a contractor, we encourage homeowners to:

By submitting information or images, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material and authorize Superior Home Pros to display it as part of the directory.
Contractors must not submit false credentials, misleading claims, unauthorized photographs, or information that violates another person’s rights.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove listings and restrict accounts when necessary.
6. Free and Paid Listings
Basic business listings are currently available at no charge.
Superior Home Pros may introduce optional paid advertising, enhanced listings, or sponsorship opportunities in the future.
Any paid services will be described separately, including applicable pricing and terms, before purchase.
7. No Guarantee of Services or Results
Superior Home Pros does not guarantee that listed businesses will respond to inquiries, accept projects, provide estimates, or complete work to a particular standard.
We also do not guarantee that contractors will receive leads, customers, or business opportunities through the directory.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Superior Home Pros is not responsible for losses or damages arising from disputes, agreements, payments, workmanship, scheduling, or other interactions between homeowners and independent service providers.
